EXTENDED DAY

St. Patrick School will continue to offer Extended Day to parents whose children attend our school.  The Extended Day program will begin on Wednesday, August 27, the first day of school.  The cost is $3.00 per hour per child.  A sign-out sheet will be used to determine the amount owed.  All checks should be made payable to St. Patrick Cathedral School.  A registration fee of $5.00 should accompany the application form.

Our Program begins immediately after the school children are dismissed and closes promptly at 5:30 p.m.  It is important that you make arrangements to pick up children before 5:30.   A fee of $10.00 for each additional 5 minutes after 5:30 will be charged.

Children should bring appropriate play clothes and sneakers to school on the days they will be with us.  Your child will be allowed to change before the Extended Day program begins.

Please indicate on the enclosed application form, the days and times your child will be attending the program.  Your weekly charges will be assessed from these times.  If your child attends the program additional days from those indicated, the charges will be reflected on the following weeks total.  (YOU MUST INDICATE DAYS AND TIMES YOUR CHILD WILL ATTEND THE PROGRAM).

A daily attendance sheet will be kept of all pupils.  It will be your responsibility to sign your child out at the end of each day.  Only authorized persons may call for the children.  A child will be discharged from the program only to their custodial parent(s) or guardians or a person designated in writing, prior to pick up, by the parents or guardians.

NO CHILD WILL BE PERMITTED TO MEET PARENTS AT THEIR CAR.

The Extended Day Program will follow the St. Patrick School schedule.  It will be closed on snow days, school holidays and vacations.

If we can be of service to you, we welcome you.  Our main concern is your child and our main objective is to provide a safe and enjoyable program and environment for your child.

We have purchased some games and items for arts and crafts.  We would appreciate any donations of games, construction paper, glue, crayons, etc.   Please support our endeavors!
